Our Women’s Empowerment Group focuses on fostering self-esteem, resilience, and personal growth among Tongan and Pacific women. Through targeted discussions, workshops, and activities, members learn to recognize their strengths, transform challenges into opportunities, and build a community of supportive relationships. This group creates a space where women can freely express themselves, network, and discover their full potential.

Our Youth Development Group is dedicated to empowering young individuals in the Tongan and Pacific communities. Through a variety of interactive workshops and discussions, this group helps young adults develop important life skills, gain confidence, and navigate the challenges they may encounter. With an emphasis on education, career guidance, and cultural awareness, our Youth Development Group aims to inspire leadership and future success.

Our Parenting Support Group is designed to create a safe environment for Tongan and Pacific parents, emphasizing culturally appropriate parenting practices and guidance. Through sharing experiences and discussing effective strategies, parents can access valuable knowledge and support. This group aims to strengthen family relationships, promote positive parenting techniques, and enhance the well-being of both parents and children.

Our Support Group for Mental Health provides a forum for individuals within the Tongan and Pacific communities to openly discuss mental health concerns, reduce stigma, and receive peer support. Facilitated by trained mental health professionals, this group offers a safe and non-judgmental space to share experiences, learn coping techniques, and access available resources. Members of this group find solace, understanding, and renewed hope through connection with other individuals who have faced similar challenges.
